Rob is a professional, full-time real estate agent with a passion for helping homeowners. He believes that education is the key to success in any field, not just real estate. Because of that commitment, in 2008 Rob decided to take his business in another direction where he could help many more homeowners. The real estate market was heading down a path that many if not most homeowners had ever experienced before. He received his CDPE designation to help homeowners understand the short sale process and find out what options are available. Rob understands the short sale process and the time commitment that they require to get through the approval process. His passion for helping people that are in this position shows with every meeting and phone call that he has with a potential client.
